The Big Picture Takes the hassle out of the hands of landlords (a service that is lacking in the short term leasing industry); Creates a positive impact on the economy - such assets would be idle and thus not creating value for the economy; Arguably people would pre-maturely sell a property if it can't be tenanted which has an adverse impact on the economy. We address this problem by proposing short term tenants which in turn discourages people from 'property flipping ; A serious problem in the Malaysian property market is the perception of oversupply of properties which are not tenanted. This could lead to property prices dropping.
