SECURITY DEPOSIT : The successful Tenderer s will be required to pay an amount equivalent to 10 % of the value of the Order (End Cost) against letter of intent as per GOG guideline as a Security Deposit for satisfactory execution of the contract. Such security deposit will be payable either in D.D./Bank Guarantees. Bank Guarantees will be acceptable if issued by Bank of Baroda and State Bank of India. The Bank Guarantees will be executed on the standard form prescribed by the GSECL.
