Care needs to be taken when drafting special conditions for contracts, as poorly drafted special conditions give rise to disputes between parties, or give one party rights to terminate or claim compensation against the other party. Join us at this BASIC Level workshop where Rod Hammond will discuss: what conveyancers need to think about when drafting special conditions how to structure them, to ensure contracts are prepared correctly, disputes do not arise and contract performance and settlement occur smoothly.
