The loan received through MyChoice HomeBuy has an annual interest charge of 1.75% applied per annum. This will change annually by an amount incorporating any change in the Retail Price Index (RPI) plus an additional 1%. This charge will account for any change in the cost of living that has occurred during the previous 12 month period.
