Three unique marketing options designed to provide you with all the required marketing collateral and services to successfully showcase your listings and impress your clients. This powerful program is designed with the following in mind: 1. Helping you win the listing when you re in a competitive situation. 2. Reduce the awkward commission negotiations at the listing table by providing excessive value. 3. Impressing your current seller so that you get additional listing referrals. 4. Helping you look amazing in the eyes of your clients. The Listing Concierge program allows you to: Save time: The Listing Concierge team handles each element on your behalf (giving you the freedom to run your business and not have to worry about every detail of your property marketing). Save money: Use the company s money to market your listings and grow your listing business. Coldwell Banker funds nearly 70% of the actual cost of the programs. Impress your clients: Provide creative, consistent, quality marketing to your clients that will make them say, Wow. How do I place an order? It s easy! Go to NRTGateway.com and click the Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge tile. Simply choose the package you want, enter the listing details, request your preferred date and time for photography, check-out and the Listing Concierge team will take the order from there. What if I don t want to use Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge to market my listings? No problem; it is totally optional. You may still use the complimentary services available via CB ONE to market your listings. Does this replace the office-paid Just Listed/Just Sold program? Yes. Coldwell Banker will only be providing company paid Just Listed/Just Sold postcards through its exclusive Listing Concierge program. You can always continue to order Sales Associate paid direct mail through CB ONE. Who is printing the property brochures, postcards, etc.? The current print vendor is Corefact. May I add additional postcards, flyers, etc. to my order? Yes. At check-out, you will have the option to add additional postcards and brochures to your order. These products are available at competitive Coldwell Banker preferred pricing. Where are the gold envelope announcements/just Listed postcards mailed? The announcements/postcards will be mailed to a radius surrounding the property.

How do I update ad copy for an existing order? Once your photos have been uploaded, you will receive an e-mail with proofs of all your materials; you may update your ad copy at that time. How quickly will my Listing Concierge order be fulfilled? The Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge team will begin fulfilling your order upon the receipt of photos. If you choose to use your own photography, your order fulfillment can begin right away (as soon as the Listing Concierge team receives your photos). Photography orders from f8 Real Estate media will be fulfilled within 2 business days from the time of order (or when you schedule the photo shoot); photos will be uploaded by f8 Real Estate Media into the Listing Concierge platform by noon the day after the photo shoot. Program timing is as follows: 2 business days after photos are uploaded into the system: Single property website Virtual tour (branded and unbranded) Gold envelope announcement (if Gold or Platinum) or Just Listed postcard proofs Property eblast announcement (via New Panda) Within 1 week of property hitting the MLS: Facebook boost: After your single property website is finalized The Update (eblast to competing agents) Yard sign and CB Mobile Brochure panel is installed at home (schedule through MC) Within 2 weeks of property hitting the MLS: Professional TV Spot is produced TV Spot is uploaded to the Coldwell Banker YouTube channel for distribution TV Show is scheduled Within 3 to 6 weeks of property hitting the MLS: TV spot airs on At Home in Northern California Receive proof of your ad in Sacramento Magazine or Sactown Magazine (alternating) or Tahoe Quarterly Magazine, Homes & Land and Premiere Homes (alternating) Home showcased in issue of Sacramento Magazine or Sactown Magazine (alternating) or Tahoe Quarterly Magazine, Homes & Land and Premiere Homes (alternating) Once TV show and magazine have been scheduled: Seller s report delivered to the Sales Associate Once property has sold (and request is made by the Sales Associate): Just Sold postcard produced and mailed to the neighborhood

How do I contact the Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge team? Call 925.771.5270 or e-mail listingcb@cbnorcal.com. What are the Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge business hours? Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, PST. Photography Who is the photography company servicing the Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge program? f8 Real Estate Media is the official photography vendor hired to manage and fulfill all Listing Concierge orders for the Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. They will shoot up to 35 high quality, magazine grade HDR still images and upload them to the Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge system, which will begin the marketing production process. If you have questions or need to reach f8 Real Estate Media, call 855.382.3873, e-mail orders@f8re.com or visit f8re.com. What if I don t want to use f8 Real Estate Media for photography and still want to order a Listing Concierge package? Not a problem. You can still order a Listing Concierge package without using f8 Real Estate Media and instead, the photographer of your choice. When placing your order (Silver, Gold or Platinum), you will have the opportunity to opt out of the photography option. Doing this will save you $80 of the price of the package. Note: If opting out of the f8 photography program, you will be completely responsible for obtaining professional, high resolution photos. You will also be responsible for connecting with and paying the vendors directly and ensuring that the photos are properly delivered to you by e-mail. Once you notify the Listing Concierge team that you have photos, they will upload your photos into the system and your package production can begin. How do I schedule an appointment with f8 Real Estate Media for my Listing Concierge package? While you are completing your order form for Listing Concierge, you will have the opportunity to request your preferred photography date and time. Once you place your Listing Concierge order, f8 Real Estate Media will receive a notification about your order and a team member will get in touch with you to confirm your photography date and time. Printed Materials What kind of coating will be used on my printed Listing Concierge materials? Flyers and brochures will have a matte coating while postcards will have UV coating to help protect them during mailing.

What magazines* are part of the Listing Concierge program? Coldwell Banker has contracted with several of the area s top, local, subscription-based publications for this program. Magazine offerings are as follows: Sacramento Package: Sactown and Sacramento Magazine (alternating by month) Tahoe/Truckee Package: Tahoe Quarterly Magazine, Homes & Land and Premiere Homes (alternating) *Tahoe Independent Sales Associates have the choice of choosing the Sacramento or Tahoe magazine package Can I request a specific magazine to feature my property? Yes, but this may delay your publication date. We suggest going into the first available publication in your market to best serve your clients. Will my personal photo be featured on my property magazine advertisement? If you select a Gold or Platinum package, your name, phone number and color photo will be featured in the magazine along with the property information and photo. If you select a Silver package, your name and phone number will be featured, but NOT your photo. TV Spot (Video) Marketing When will my TV spot be uploaded to YouTube? Once your TV spot is created, it will be uploaded to Coldwell Banker s YouTube channel. You will receive a link to view your spot via YouTube. You are encouraged to share your listing on Facebook and other social media platforms. Can I make changes to my property TV spot? Yes. If you need to make changes to your TV spot, please contact Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge team at 925.771.5270 or listingcb@cbnorcal.com within 2 business days so that your spot can be revised at no charge to you. If you request a change to the TV spot after the 2-day period, you will be charged a $50 fee. However, once the TV spot airs on CW31, it cannot be changed. Does the TV spot feature my name, phone number and photo? Yes. Also a professional voiceover. May I narrate my TV spot? No, Coldwell Banker must use the professional voiceover talent provided by the production company. How do I view my video spot? Three ways: First, you can see the TV spot by clicking on your TV spot proof e-mail. Next, you can view it on Coldwell Banker s YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/channel/ UC9MBHJxNvIG7CPmJR-JG_Lg. Lastly, you can view your professionally produced TV spot by watching an episode of the Coldwell Banker TV show, At Home in Northern California. The show airs on Saturday afternoons at 4:30 pm on CW31.

When will my TV spot air on CW31? Your video will be scheduled to air approximately 3-5 weeks after you have approved your TV spot. Promotional Materials Are there promotional materials available so I can share this program with my clients and sphere? Yes, and they are fully customized to reinforce the message that this is your individual marketing plan for your clients. You may order the Coldwell Banker Silver, Gold and Platinum glossy brochures through Corefact s store by clicking on Flyers and Brochures and then selecting Four-Sided 8 x 8 Brochures. They are available as follows: 25-49 brochures $1.55 each 50-99 brochures $1.50 each 100-199 brochures $1.45 each 200+ brochures $1.37 each Is there a listing presentation page available? Yes, there are listing presentation pages available for the Silver, Gold and Platinum packages via CB ONE > keyword search: Listing Concierge pages. The pages are also available in TouchCMA when using that program.
