What if I don t want to use Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge to market my listings? No problem; it is totally optional. You may still use the complimentary services available via CB ONE to market your listings. Does this replace the office-paid Just Listed/Just Sold program? Yes. Coldwell Banker will only be providing company paid Just Listed/Just Sold postcards through its exclusive Listing Concierge program. You can always continue to order Sales Associate paid direct mail through CB ONE. Who is printing the property brochures, postcards, etc.? The current print vendor is Corefact. May I add additional postcards, flyers, etc. to my order? Yes. At check-out, you will have the option to add additional postcards and brochures to your order. These products are available at competitive Coldwell Banker preferred pricing. Where are the gold envelope announcements/just Listed postcards mailed? The announcements/postcards will be mailed to a radius surrounding the property.
How do I update ad copy for an existing order? Once your photos have been uploaded, you will receive an e-mail with proofs of all your materials; you may update your ad copy at that time. How quickly will my Listing Concierge order be fulfilled? The Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge team will begin fulfilling your order upon the receipt of photos. If you choose to use your own photography, your order fulfillment can begin right away (as soon as the Listing Concierge team receives your photos). Photography orders from f8 Real Estate media will be fulfilled within 2 business days from the time of order (or when you schedule the photo shoot); photos will be uploaded by f8 Real Estate Media into the Listing Concierge platform by noon the day after the photo shoot. They will shoot up to 35 high quality, magazine grade HDR still images and upload them to the Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge system, which will begin the marketing production process. What if I don t want to use f8 Real Estate Media for photography and still want to order a Listing Concierge package? Not a problem. When placing your order (Silver, Gold or Platinum), you will have the opportunity to opt out of the photography option. Doing this will save you $80 of the price of the package. Note: If opting out of the f8 photography program, you will be completely responsible for obtaining professional, high resolution photos. Yes, but this may delay your publication date. We suggest going into the first available publication in your market to best serve your clients. Will my personal photo be featured on my property magazine advertisement? If you select a Gold or Platinum package, your name, phone number and color photo will be featured in the magazine along with the property information and photo. If you select a Silver package, your name and phone number will be featured, but NOT your photo. TV Spot (Video) Marketing When will my TV spot be uploaded to YouTube? Once your TV spot is created, it will be uploaded to Coldwell Banker s YouTube channel. You will receive a link to view your spot via YouTube. You are encouraged to share your listing on Facebook and other social media platforms. Can I make changes to my property TV spot? Yes. If you need to make changes to your TV spot, please contact Coldwell Banker Listing Concierge team at 925.771.5270 or listingcb@cbnorcal.com within 2 business days so that your spot can be revised at no charge to you. If you request a change to the TV spot after the 2-day period, you will be charged a $50 fee. However, once the TV spot airs on CW31, it cannot be changed. Does the TV spot feature my name, phone number and photo? Yes. Also a professional voiceover. May I narrate my TV spot? No, Coldwell Banker must use the professional voiceover talent provided by the production company. How do I view my video spot?
