We use every effort to obtain feedback and ensure that it is on hand for you 24/7. We use a showing service to coordinate your showing requests to ensure that we never miss a call from someone wanting to show YOUR home. Following a showing, the buyers agent will be sent an email asking what their clients thought of the outside and inside, what might need improving, what they thought of the price, and if they have any interest in the home.
