I live on the premier residential address of Adderstone Crescent in Newcastle. Adderstone Court with its secluded private grounds is a luxury gated development which is located within walking distance of the stores, bars and restaurants of Acorn Road and Osborne Road. My property is one of the few apartments within the development that offers absolute privacy as it is not overlooked but instead offers views onto the private woodland and onward into Jesmond Dene. Having the largest master bedroom of any apartment I was also taken with the size of the lounge and kitchen and dining area. vendor
insight My favourite rooms are the lounge with its balcony and the remodelled kitchen and dining areas a high specification living space. Both rooms enjoy stunning woodland views. The kitchen and dining area have been remodelled. Further improvements include modern internal doors, modern style radiators and a remodelled en suite to the master bedroom.
I ll primarily miss the quality of the accommodation and seclusion and privacy combined with city living. The convenience is the location is second to none, everything is around and many weekends I have no desire or need to use a car.
Adderstone Court boasts a wonderful location, it is is only 5 minutes from Jesmond Dene and 5 minutes from Acorn Road and Osborne Road and 6 minutes from Jesmond Metro Station.
