In some circumstances people may be eligible for financial support through the welfare and benefits system to access the lifestyle and property of their choice. What s more, all purchasers have the peace of mind of knowing the value of their new home can be fully protected by our buy-back guarantee. Tenure options Outright purchase. This is where you pay the full price of your property outright. Shared ownership. This is where you purchase a proportion of your property, then pay rental on the remaining proportion. Rent. This is where you have a tenancy agreement and pay a monthly rent for your property. All properties are subject to monthly Community and Well-being Fees, which are agreed annually with residents.
