Adopt an Ordinance to declare that an emergency did exist in the City of Bossier City which affected property, public health and safety due to the requirement for repairs to the Sewer Main in and near Bobbie Street at a cost of $199,209.69 to come from Sewer Capital and Contingency Funds. (Glorioso) 11.) Introduce an Ordinance levying a tax of 23.36 Mills on all taxable property within the limits of the City of Bossier City, Louisiana for the year 2018, and providing the manner of assessment and collection thereof. Introduce an Ordinance to appropriate funds to cover replacement of Alarm Systems for 9 Lift Stations for a total of $20,000.00 to come from the Sewer Capital & Contingency Fund. Introduce an Ordinance to enlarge the limits and boundaries of the City of Bossier City by annexing 29.14 acres more or less located in Section 15, Township 18 North, Range 13 West, Bossier City, Bossier Parish, Louisiana (JSP Industrial Park Unit 1) (First Reading) (Hall) 14.) Adopt an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 68 of 2018 to change the Legal Description of the Airline Park Estates Subdivision Lots 1-50. (Marsiglia) 15.) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the hiring of an Accounts Clerk III for the Sales Tax Department. (First and Final reading) (Fernandez) 16.) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the promotion of a Lieutenant to Captain, a Sergeant to Lieutenant, an Officer to Sergeant and hiring of one (1) Police Officer for the Bossier City Police Department. (McWilliams) 17.) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the hiring of (1) Permanent Part-time Alcohol Beverage Operator for the Bossier City Police Department. (McWilliams)
