Special Guest Speakers at Marketing On January 13th we will hear from Tina McSoley of the Martin County School Board to tell us about some of the latest changes to the curriculum for students in the district. Since many home sales revolve around the school districts, we felt Linda would bring us valuable information to pass along. Then, on January 27th we will hear from Larry Massey, Director of the Martin County Building Department, who is going to address the situation many agents have faced with open permits lingering in the system for some properties, and how to direct your sellers to get these permits resolved in a timely manner so as not to hinder any more closings. Don t worry, we will still get you through Marketing as rapidly as possible! Linda and Larry will both keep their presentations brief, but we felt this was valuable information to present to you, our members! All of us at the Realtor Association of Martin County wish you a Happy & Prosperous New Year!!
