Blockchain is a new kind of innovative technology that is likely to generate a paradigm shift in our everyday lives. The spread of said technology will continue to decentralize from a variety of markets as well as many types of structures. We believe the use of blockchain technologies as well as smart contracts would not only allow users to make direct use of information values, but also offer speedier real estate related services at a lower cost. Regarding investment and development of real estate, it was always a market that made it very difficult for individuals to take part financially, even in investment spans. Rev Capital Fund is a fund company which has a fund license based in the Bahamas. The company has been in operation since 2016 and is specialised in managing real estate in Hawaii especially closed market assets.we have a special team and they conduct a due diligence before purchase the assets. While changing the strategy flexibly during observing actual market movements, we will optimise return. RISE PLATFORM We will also build the Rise Platform while acquiring real estate and developing Rise Wallet. The Rise Platform solves two of the important issues related to real estate, one is p2p rental and the other is ownership tokenization. When purchasing real estate, the technology to speed up the purchase process and to secure transactions for purchasers, lenders and homeowners is still in evolution. Also, when people rent a house, condo or vacation house, borrower needs a broker and he needs to pay a fee to both the lender and the lessee. In order to solve these problems, we will develop and implement two solution on our system using blockchain. Tokenization of ownership We will tokenize real estate assets and registry. With blockchain transparency, lender and lessee can not only track the public record for rating, but also can conduct payment and change the registry. Peer To Peer Rental Both lender and lessor s fee can be drastically reduced. Also, when borrowing, the possibility of counterfeit reviews and counterfeit property is greatly reduced. XRT will be used for utility token for P2P renting.

ROAD MAP Development Marketing We began developing wallet exclusively for RISE Token and developing RISE token in ERC20 standard. We will start marketing activities for ICO Sale. Regarding Regulation Rise Token is a token issued by Corwen Solution Limited. Those who own Rise Token shall comply strictly with terms and conditions, and in order to purchase Rise Token it is necessary to register as a member in RiseMember. A person who wishes to become a RiseMember member shall apply for membership registration by agreeing to the terms and by the method specified by the Company.
