BLADE SIGN CANOPY ATTACHMENT DETAIL DOMAIN I & II Blade sign shall be attached to the main canopy structural member closest to the storefront entry doors. Do not attach to intermediate deck supports or decking of the canopy. Bottom of sign shall hang no lower than 9-0 A.F.F. Tenant shall refer to the Domain and Domain-II Storefront Model criteria for applicable blade sign mounting location. 32

HVAC DOMAIN I & II This is an open air Lifestyle Center. Engineer is required to accommodate conditions that may affect the performance of the HVAC system for their store (ie: zoning for solar gain at the storefront, sensor location (s) and size and quantity of return air outlets. System Landlord supplied chilled water. Except Buildings X and Y, which are designated as Tenant provided rooftop unit buildings. Equipment Tenant to provide Chilled water fan coil unit with minimum 6-row cooling coils. Buildings X and Y are rooftop units. Supply Water Conditions Landlord has provided adequate chilled water for retail occupancies and exterior exposures as may exist in each Tenant space. (EWT is 45 degrees, LWT is 61 degrees minimum). HVAC Load Calculation Tenant to submit detailed computer generated load calculation to justify request for chilled water. Outside Air Provided by Landlord through the outside air system on multiple level buildings only. Tenants in single story buildings will be required to duct the outside air from the roof through a Tenant supplied gravity ventilator. Return Plenum (Ducted return is for odor producing Tenants only and subject to Landlord approval). Smoke Exhaust/Relief None required Toilet Exhaust On multi level buildings Landlord has provided a central toilet exhaust system for inline Tenant s tie in with Tenant supplied fan and ductwork from their toilet room only to the Landlord provided central duct. Single story Tenants will be required to vent their toilet exhaust through the roof. Odor, Thermal & Process Equipment Exhaust Size for application by Tenant. Food Tenants must install pollution control units for all cooking/odor exhaust (s). Replacement Air From Tenant outside air and dedicated makeup air units. 34
HVAC CONT. DOMAIN I & II Temperature Controls Tenant to purchase fully integrated control system from Roth Brothers. (Note: Controls include a specific Belimo Chilled Water Control Valve (factory preset) and sensors that must be purchased from Roth Bros.). Landlord will supply junction box for connection to Building Automation System. Test & Balance Tenant shall employ a TAB, NEBB or AABC Certified Air Balance Contractor to perform final testing and balancing. Building Thermal Values Exterior wall U=0.066 Roof U=0.04 Glass U=0.5 SC=0.55 See Criteria Sheet MEP-1 for further information. 35
PLUMBING DOMAIN I & II Water Redistributed by Landlord via overhead mains (except in Anchor restaurants, which are direct to Utility). Designated connection point within or adjacent to space. 1 ¼ (retail space) 2 (designated for food spaces) valved connection with 45 psi minimum pressure available. Tenant supplied meter w/remote reader for large water users only, including food Tenants. Waste 4 wye connection off Landlord main. Designated connection point within or adjacent to space. Vent 2 connection off Landlord main in multi-level buildings only. Designated connection point within or adjacent to space. Note: Anchor restaurants and Tenants in single story buildings shall provide sanitary vent through roof. Grease Waste Landlord has provided central grease interceptors and grease waste lines to specific in-line restaurants. Location of separate, in-ground interceptors provided by Landlord at Tenant s expense for Anchor restaurants as approved by Landlord. Drinking Fountain or accessible break room sink is required in all spaces under 5000sf, per code. Natural Gas Low pressure gas is available from the utility for cooking use only at exterior meter bank in limited locations. Toilet Rooms One required for all Tenant spaces, available to public. Separate facilities are required over 2,000 sf. Fixture counts are to be determined from 2003 IBC with City of Austin amendments. Cooking Oil Management Cooking oil shall be captured in a waste oil containment tank. See Criteria Sheet MEP-1 for further information. 36
FIRE PROTECTION DOMAIN I & II Implementation Tenant shall directly employ the Landlord designated contractor to modify existing grid or utilize connection provided. Tenant Flow Switch Not permitted. Valve for Tenant Space Not permitted. See Criteria Sheet MEP-1 for further information. 37
ELECTRICAL DOMAIN I & II Voltage 480V, 3ph, 4-wire Wire Color For all wire sizes install wire colors in accordance with the following: (A) red, (B) black, (C) blue, and (N) white for single phase circuits @ 120/208 volts (A) red, (B) black, (C) blue, and (N) gray/white for circuits @ 120/208 volts single or three phase (A) red, (B) yellow, (C) purple, and (N) gray/white, with one or more colored stripes for circuits @ 277/480 volts single or three phase Landlord Equipment Breakers with interchangeable trip rating plug at common distribution boards in central locations. Power Provided by redistributed electrical power by Landlord. Metering Check meter in Landlord meter room by Landlord at Tenant s expense. Capacity Retail Tenants (12 watts / square foot) Food Tenants (40 watts / square foot) Telephone 1 conduit with pull wire to designated connection point in central locations. Fire Alarm Interface with the building system is only required when Tenant s design meets local code parameters for providing a fire alarm system. Smoke detectors in fan system, ADA compliant notification with stand alone monitoring only when individual Tenant space meets code requirements. Contact Simplex-Grinnell for system specifics. CATV access will be available at all buildings. See Criteria Sheet MEP-1 for further information. 38
