Terms and Conditions of Sale November 22, 2014 1. The property to be sold is located in Bourbon & Harrison Counties, Kentucky and shall be sold in 1 Tract by the acre. 2. In the event that title to the said property finally proves unmerchantable, then the amount of the deposit shall be returned to PURCHASER and this CONTRACT shall be declared null and void.
