To Whom It May Concern: This will serve to confirm that on April 30, 2017, Quality Counts performed a traffic count for vehicles entering the Soccer Field entrance from Forest Hill Blvd, by turning right from Polo Club Road, and those entering from Polo Club Road and turning left into the Soccer Field entrance. We also counted cars exiting the Soccer Field by turning left onto Polo Club Road toward Forest Hill Boulevard, and those exiting by turning right onto Polo Club Road into Palm Beach Polo and Country Club. Based upon the raw data collected on Sunday, April 30, 2017, from 8:30 am until 6:15 pm, a total of 504 vehicles entered the Soccer Field from Forest Hill Blvd, by turning right from Polo Club Road, and 8 entered by turning left from Polo Club Road, indicating that they either did not come from Forest Hill Blvd., or passed the entrance and had to double back. Also, based upon the raw data collected on Sunday, April 30, 2017, from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, a total of 609 vehicles left by turning left onto Polo Club Road toward Forest Hill Blvd., and 5 turned right onto Polo Club Road toward the Palm Beach Polo and Country Club gatehouse.
