Experience Qualifies as a Level I Appraiser or higher from the Alaska Association of Assessing officers (AAAO) as a certified Assessor/Appraiser AND- two (2) years of professional level experience in the appraisal field. Work closely with Appraiser II and Director in completing duties and assignments. Applicant will also be expected to obtain a Level 1 Alaska Certified Assessor/Appraiser designation from the Alaska Association of Assessing Officers within three years of hire. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES Provide instruction to other employees of this or a similar job classification in all aspects of procedure and technique relating to the duties required by this job description unless such instruction requires a specialized certification which the employee doing the training does not have.
