Higher Education Tivoli - College of Arts and Media Renovation University of Colorado Denver, Denver, CO Town Hall / Stage Curved Concept Wall The UCD College of Arts and Media moved to the original Startz Theater in the historic Tivoli on the AHEC Campus. AW provided CAM with a Program Plan, a vision and design to revitalize the vacated basement. An abundance and variety of light, new technologies and updated finishes create interactive and flexible spaces enhancing the students learning environment while providing a sense of community. A Community Theater and Town Hall space allow integration of multidiscipline activities to be accommodated easily throughout the space. Office of Advancement Higher Education Tenant Improvement University of Colorado Denver, Denver, CO The Office of Advancement collaborates with faculty, staff, donors, alumni and friends to raise private support for the university. They were given a much needed new conference space that is located on the exterior wall and designed with glass walls to allow for natural light into the adjacent space. Offices were removed and new open work spaces were provided along with an upgraded kitchen and storage areas for better flow and function.
