All Licensed Real Estate Agents are required to have a Finger Print Card.

Visit Website for Dates/Times & Additional Information. 2. Finger Print Clearance Card * They will provide you with the envelope and finger print card in the real estate class. This process takes about a month so we recommend you submit your finger prints while still taking the class. * Getting your finger print clearance card costs around $65. * Sheriff s Office (928) 783-4427 and Arizona Western College (928) 314-9500 do finger prints for free. 3. Testing * Once you have completed the pre-licensing course and passed your class test, you will need to take a contract writing class. At the end of the class they should announce the date and time of the Contract Writing Class. The contract writing class needs to be completed before you take the state test. * To register to for the state test see http://www.pearsonvue.com/az/realestate/ The fee for the state test is $75. * It is recommended that you take the state test as soon as possible after you pass the pre-licensing class test. 2

* You need to arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the sign-in procedures. Be prepared to show two forms of unexpired Government issued ID, one with a photo, both including a signature. In addition, please bring your original pre-licensing certificate (From School). * Once you pass the class & state test, you will receive an email with your License Number and a link to ADRE to complete your information. It is very important that you fill out the application ADRE sends you! 4. Signing up with ADRE (Sign on fee $60) * Submit for licensing with ADRE through their website adre.com (Must have fingerprint clearance card to submit) * When signing up with ADRE, http://www.re.state.az.us/onlineservices.aspx you need to request to be hired by the brokerage of your choice through the online portal. Once you have notified the brokerage of your choice, they will need to hire you. * For KW Yuma you need to notify the market center administrator (MCA) Rayne Waller (928) 247-6180, that you have done so, we will hire you on our end. 5. Coming Aboard with Keller Williams Realty Yuma (Sign on fee $50) * Complete New Hire Packet with Rayne. Make appointment with the MCA, Rayne Wallner to go over your hiring packet. * Once your paperwork is submitted, you will receive your KW email address, KW website, MyKW.com login and other helpful information. * Get a professional headshot taken (optional) and submit to the front desk. * Sign up for the next Ignite Session Schedule DotLoop (Transaction Management System) training and mark your calendar for the next office meeting. 6. Signing up with YAR (Yuma Association of Realtors) * Sign up fees vary depending on the time of the year you sign on. January - $740 + Ekey Fees, plus Quarterly dues of $100 Please call the YAR Office for pricing (928) 782-1628. All fees must be paid at YAR during the time of sign up. * YAR will contact you to schedule an appointment after you have completed the online application to finalize the membership process. * The KW Market Center Administrator will email YAR and let them know that KW will be picking you up as an agent. * Sign up for Supra Key $50 initial and 17.39/month after that and check out lockboxes. * Sign Up for Paragon $ (MLS) and schedule to attend training. 3

Real Estate Acronyms & Definitions APN Assessor Parcel Number, is a number assigned to parcels of real property by the tax assessor of a particular jurisdiction for purposes of identification and recordkeeping Keller Williams Terms DA Request Disbursement Authorization Request; request submitted to office 7-10 days prior to close of escrow to notify office of potential closing and final file review DA Print Disbursement Authorization Print Out; issued after final broker approval on file. Contains breakdowns of commission between agent and market center. Greensheet- A document prepared by the agent to summarize the main components of a new contract. Found in DotLoop or My KW. NRDS National Realtor Database System. Each Realtor has their own NRDS #. This is provided by YAR at sign up. YAR Yuma Association of Realtors ADRE Arizona Department of Real Estates Zipform App/program utilized by YAR membership to electronically complete real estate forms. You can connect the MLS to autofill your zipforms. MLS- Paragon 5 - Multiple Listing Service for Yuma E-Key/Supra The app/electronic system YAR utilizes for lockboxes and access to properties. Uses an app on your phone to retrieve a key out of the box. 4 DotLoop Online transaction management system you use to upload, fill out, and submit files for review to the office. Also allows for e-signatures. Required for ALL compliance. Mobile App for your Phone is included. Profit Share- Each month, profitable market centers split owner profits with the associates who helped grow the market center. An associate becomes eligible for profit share when a productive agent names them as a sponsor; the person who introduced them to the company.
