Summary Windy Point is located in the far-northwest Austin market with good proximity to recreational and support facilities. Lake Travis is the primary recreational feature that creates a large demand for numerous land uses, primarily residential. In addition, a substantial increase in demand for all commercial and retail uses has occurred over the last five to fifteen years. While demand for those land uses are expected to remain high over the long term, supply will be held in check by the development constraints associated primarily with endangered species habitat.
