Implementation Status and Key Decisions Since December 2016, the number of Cadastral Municipalities (CM) in which Real Estate Cadastre (REC) was established or data were harmonized has increased from 145 to 210 and the number of direct beneficiaries from 288,965 to 661,044. The implementing agencies report that women represent 32 percent and 34 percent of the project beneficiaries in RS and FBH, respectively. In the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBH), land registry records are available online since January 2017. While REC data are not yet available online in Republika Srpska (RS), the Geodetic Authority expects to address this issue by the end of 2017. The Bank received a request to extend the project closing date by 18 months until January 31, 2020, reallocate funds between credit categories to prioritize REC establishment over building acquisitions, and revise the results framework.
