The paper establishes the importance of the critical interdependence between large land holdings of educational institutes. It seeks to establish tracking points as indicators of this relationship working for the advantage/disadvantage of those concerned. UNPUBLISHED RESEARCH 2015 In Progress Gender Equity in Urban Redevelopment Practices The research seeks to assess the role of planning and redevelopment strategies adopted in urban design to make neighbourhoods, public spaces, and social spaces more humane and equitable for women, especially in disaster struck areas. 2013 Completed Urban Regeneration of Commercial Stretches in tier II towns- the case of Aligarh The research seeks to establish the role of policy in the compact development of tier II cities.
