The Building An Overview The building is arranged over LG, Ground and 5 upper floors, where the lift and stair core has been relocated and rationalised at the rear elevation, together with a remodelled top floor and terracing. In addition, the property benefits from a brand new reception lobby and private courtyard at the rear, where the ground floor offices have direct access from their own demise. The G & LG floors also have independent access directly from the street and vertically connect via an integral staircase enhancing greater fluidity between the floors and borrowing natural daylight in to the LG area. The main architectural focal point for this scheme are these original concrete coffered ceilings, which are revealed throughout the building.
