Welcome to the Ryerson School of Interior Design TORONTO 02 Church St. Toronto, Ontario M5B 2K p. 416.979.5188 f. 416.979.5240 Toronto is Canada s largest city, and the fourth largest in North America. It is home to a diverse population of almost 2.8 million people. It is a global centre for business, finance, arts and culture and is consistently ranked as one of the world s most livable cities. Housed under the umbrella of the Faculty of Communication and Design, the Ryerson School of Interior Design is located in a renovated post and beam warehouse in downtown Toronto. It is one of Ontario s oldest university degree granting interior design programs. Started in 1948, the School has earned widespread industry respect due to the accomplishments of its faculty and alumni. Our teaching is grounded in a commitment to exceptional hands-on learning. An integral component to student education is an internship, completed in the summer before their final year. Field trips and opportunities for international exchange add essential layers to the range of experiences available at the School. IDEC EAST REGIONAL CONFERENCE OCTOBER 22-24, 2015 5
