The access is from Red Beck Road being the unclassified road running from Cleator Moor to Lamplugh School/A5086 road. METHOD OF SALE: The property is offered for sale by public auction on Thursday 3 rd November 2011 at 11.00am. The auction will be held in the Conference Centre at Mitchells Lakeland Livestock Centre, Cockermouth, CA13 0QQ (located just off the A66/A5086 roundabout on the outskirts of Cockermouth). The property will be offered as a whole subject to reaching an undisclosed reserve price. Please take note that the guide price given is not the reserve price.
