The villa sleeps up to sixteen guests in total. Twelve can be accommodated in the six tasteful bedrooms of the main house, a guest bedroom on the ground floor and five more en suite bedrooms on the upper floor. The very spacious master bedroom suite has separate dressing and sitting areas. The other two bedrooms are in the guest apartment. They have en suite bathrooms, one of which has the luxury of a jacuzzi bath. The indoor relaxation facilities are housed in the lower level of the house: a state of the art cinema room, large games room with pool table and fireplace, guest toilet and access to the garage. In the garden there is a small tree house with television. There are no less than 14 flat screen televisions throughout the property! A sunken part of the garden has paddletennis and a covered games area with a table tennis table.
