Students will brach real estate marketing and sales thrugh ethics, human, emplyee, and custmer relatins, use f prduct knwledge, and the use f advertising and the media. Expsure t real estate terminlgy, frms, and cntracts is an integral part f this class. Students will be required t master the fllwing cmpetencies by 80% thrugh state testing, and must be used in cnjunctin with the Perfrmance evaluatin f this curse.
