On the first floor half landing there is the children room with two beds one (140 cm bed) and another with (120 cm bed) On the 1 st floor is the master double bedroom has (180 cm bed) with French window to two large balcony/terrace with magnificent view of Pampelonne bay and beach. Ensuite bathroom with bath, basin, bidet and WC Outside there is a large covered terrace with ample sitting area, with views of Pampelonne bay and beach. There is an infinity saline pool 8 x 5 and a boule pitch. There is a large solarium decking terrace with shower at the point with amazing advantage view of the beach and sea only 30 metes from either of the gates. To the back of the house is a laundry room with washing machine and a spare fridge. Ample car parking and the property has electric gates. What a place! not many places like this on the beach with commanding views the famous Pampelonne bay and beach and with direct access to it!!!. If you want action then St Tropez is the place.the famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.
