HISTORY of PATTA The first journey of PATTA began in February 2006. At the time, Pattaya was in the era of bland houses that did not really serve the changing trends of the industry. Born and raised in Pattaya, the founders foresaw the potential of the city for the decades to come and wanted to take Pattaya s real estate business to the next level by being the pioneer in building modern houses that not only please the eyes, but also tick all the boxes for lifestyle and quality of living.
