Modern, fully equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you will need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, glasses, etc. The unit also has a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and full-size refrigerator/freezer, plus lots of space to store your food.the dining room provides seating for 6 or have the little ones enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar with seating for 3. The decor in the living room will make you feel like you are relaxing in a cottage beach home, with custom painted murals. Put your feet up in the reclining chair or lounge on the loveseat or large sofa, which doubles as a Queen Pullout Sleeper, if needed. There is a flatscreen TV (cable) and DVD player. The enclosed balcony allows you to enjoy the ocean even if it rains. There is seating for 6 in this enclosed 4 season room. Windows open to allow you to feel the gentle ocean breeze and hear the waves. OR sip your morning coffee as you watch dolphins frolic in the water. Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and an overstuffed chair which is a pullout single bed. All new decor/bedding. Large closet and dresser with plenty of storage for clothing. Lots of pillows and blankets for your convenience. A flatscreen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan are also present. Huge oceanfront windows look directly out over the beach and ocean. Note-linens MUST be brought by guests. We do have linens for RENT but this must be prearranged and may not be available at all times.private bathroom with full size tub/shower. Freshly renovated in March 2017, the second bedroom (in a blue Nautical theme) includes 1 single bed, 1 double/full bed, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and a linen closet for storage. Window overlooks Coastal Hgwy, leading to a bay view. 2nd Bathroom outside the door. Unit has new central air conditioning and ceiling fans in dining room, balcony, and both bedrooms.for your convenience there is a stack washer/dryer in the unit. Renters provide their own linens (Available for rental -contact owner) and towels as well as any toiletries/paper products. The Atlantis also provides a large Outdoor Pool for your enjoyment. It is one of the largest outdoor pools in OC. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the deck/4 season room due to health reasons. This policy must be strictly adhered to and we appreciate your understanding. Renters must be age 23 or older, and proof of age is required. We Do NOT rent to graduating seniors. NO EXCEPTIONS..Person signing contract must remain at property for entire stay. No subletting. Strictly enforced. Sat to Sat rentals during summer season. Check in 4pm. Check out 10am. We do offer 2 night minimum stays during the off season (check in/out any day available) Enjoy OC during the off season when it is quieter, less crowded and save money at the same time!!! Check in: 04:00 PM, Check out: 10:00 AM We request that the check in and check out are adhered to so that our cleaning crew will have ample time to make sure that the unit is ready for you and your family. We provide a "starter" roll of paper towels and toilet paper but you must bring your own paper products and bath/bed linens (we have blankets, mattress protectors and plenty of pillows in the MBR closet) We do provide some basic cleaning supplies for your use during your stay. We do ask that although you do not have to clean the unit upon leaving, that you are respectful of our home and we ask that you leave it in the same condition in which you found it. Details for check out will be in the contract Additional Info NO graduating senior rentals, no subletting, no loud parties, person signing contract must be at least 23 years old and remain present during the entire stay or management reserves the right to evict. Although we hope that you won't have any maintenance issues during your stay, we or management/security reserves the right to enter the unit if necessary (emergency issues/repairs etc). When you email/call requesting info, we will provide as much detail and answer any questions you may have. We ask that you decide if our home will be right for you. Although we hope that you choose to stay at our home, we do understand that it may not be the 'right fit' for you and your guests. We ask that once you decide you would like to stay, that you realize it is a commitment. We will email you a contract which you can print and mail back to us along with a check/money order or payment with Zelle. We will accept paypal (for an additional small fee) but prefer check/money order. All deposits/contracts must be rec'd within 7 days of requesting a contract and balances are due 30 days prior to rental. Once we receive your final payment, we will email you a keycode for the lock box on the door. IF the contract/deposit is not rec'd within that time period, the booking will be released. After your checkout, we ask that you kindly return the keys to the lockbox. Once the unit is cleaned, the security deposit will be returned according to the contract.
