Villa Details A stunning, spacious, and very comfortable second home with magnificent uninterrupted views out to sea and down the Cala of Addaia. It has fantastic outside facilities, is extremely well- equipped down to the smallest of details with everything you could possible want for a relaxing family holiday. Set in the quiet residential area of Port Addaia which has a small supermarket, restaurants, and a tennis court. On the port there is a restaurant overlooking the small harbour. Outside There are several terraces which offer either shade or sunshine depending on the time of day and all enjoying breathtaking views of either the Cala of Addaia or its stunning port and sea beyond; except for the small courtyard at the front of the villa The surrounding garden is a pretty array of Mediterranean shrubs, flower, and palms The ground floor covered terrace, wraps around the front of the villa, with several seating areas including two large stylish rattan armchairs with coffee table, two deck chairs, a smaller table with four director's chairs, and a large rattan style dining table with seating for six guest. Food preparation area with a large Gas BBQ, wood oven, two fridges and sink. First floor terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom and the larger of the two double bedrooms, it has a small teak table with seating for two guest and a large swing chair.
