Overview The Epic Properties Limited is a real estate company whose core business is developing and selling affordable homes to Kenyans, both living locally and abroad. The company, fully incorporated under the Companies Act (cap 486) Laws of Kenya, began its operations in 2015. In our two years of existence, we have influenced housing in Nairobi in a significant way. Based in Nairobi, The Epic properties limited focuses on an active develop-sell- management strategy with the goal to provide a profitable and positive real estate experience to all customers. We work daily to ensure that our customers come first, while at the same time, providing timely services that meet their needs and exceeds their expectations, making them share their experience and success with friends, family, and acquaintances. For the past years, we have had tremendous growth in our projects. This growth has been reflected in three projects: The Epic Bedsitters, The Epic Apartments, and The Epic Ridge Project. We are registered member of Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) and certified by the National Construction Authority (NCA).
Management services We have a very knowledgeable and experienced office staff that manage and look after properties with the utmost care. In addition, we have our own in-house maintenance and cleaning staff. We offer management services such as; Tenant screening Lease signing, rent collections and enforcement Yearly property inspections Comprehensive Monthly statements and complete year end reports Eviction services (if needed)
Management services We have stipulated service charge per project. This is on collected rents. NO set up fees, NO monthly minimums, NO hidden charges. This fee caters for the following services; Skilled maintenance Grounds and Cleaning Security personnel 24-hour care taker Common areas bill for electricity Entertainment lounge 24-hour CCTV surveillance
Our Projects The Epic Bedsitters Located in Lower Kabete, 7 Km from Westlands and 12Km from the CBD, it has 84 units of studios going for Kenyan shillings 1 M. They are fully sold out and occupied by tenants.
The Epic Apartments It is located in Mwimuto, 7 Km from Westlands and 12.5Km from the CBD. It has 76 units of studios and one-bedroom units costing Kenyan shillings 1M and 1.7M respectively. They are already fully sold out and occupied.
The Epic Ridge This property is a prime residential project located in Kibichiku, 7 Km from Westland and 12 Km from the CBD. It consists of studios, one bedroom, and two bedrooms units. Each floor has 11 units consisting of 4 studios, 6 one-bedroom units and 1 two bedrooms units with a dimension of 16.5 SM by 33 SM by 56 SM respectively. First phase The first phase of the project consists of two Blocks A and B. Each floor has a total of 11 Units; 4 Studio Units, 6 One Bedroom Units and 1 Two Bedroom Unit. Block A has 72 units which are complete, fully sold out and Let. Block B has 61 units which are under construction and expected to be completed by June 2018. Second phase Our second phase project consists of two blocks C and D. Block C has 46 units that are fully sold and still under construction and expected to be completed by December 2018. Block D has 50 units and we are expecting to break ground this month of May 2018.

Payment plan A customer is required to book a unit with a deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the selling price, with the remaining balance (70%) paid within six (6) months of equal monthly installments after the execution of the sale agreement.
