commissioning of system (Indent-14373) 1.1 COVER-I (Technical bid) shall contain the following documents. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: i) A valid copy of the registration certificate of KPWD and above. ii) The requisite Earnest Money Deposit in e-cash. iii) Valid EPF Registration Certificate is mandatory. Note: 1) The successful bidder shall furnish within 15 days from issue of letter of intent before entering into agreement (1) Copy of Income Tax returns filed mentioning PAN and TAN for the financial year 2016-17 (Assessment year 2017-18) and 2) Latest Copy GST Certificate issued as at the end of at least 2 quarte / as per norms applicable prior to the date of entering into agreement, failing which the EMD amount will be forfeited and the tender will be rejected and the bidder shall be liable for subsequent penal action including black listing. 2. Cover II shall contain the financial bid. The cover -I (Technical Bid) will be opened fit and evaluated to determine the eligibility. Thereafter Cover-II (Financial Bid) of only those bidde who fulfill the pre-qualification criteria and other conditions as mentioned at Para -1.1 will be opened. 3. Issue and submission of e-tender documents: E- Tendering 3.1. Aspiring bidder who wish to undergo training to e-tendering should submit their request in writing to undeigned on or before seven days from the last date of submission of tender and the training will be conducted for such contractor from 11.00 am on all working days at the centre for e-governance MS building Bengaluru-1. 3.2. The aspiring contracto who have not previously obtained the user ID and Pass ward for participating in e-tendering may now obtain the same by requesting in writing to the Managing Director, KBJNL Regd. Office, Bangalore office on or before submission of tender. seven days before the last date of 3.3. The Contracto can request for e-tendering documents from 20-01-2018 to 30-01-2018 in the KBJNL web site http;//eproc.karnataka.gov.in /e-portal/index. seam link e-tender document on payment (non refundable) of the amount as insisted in the portal, towards transaction fee. The EMD amount submitted by the contractor should govern the following conditions. a) EMD will be accepted only in the form for electronic cash (and not through Demand draft or Bank Guarantee) and will maintain in the Governments central pooling A/c. at Axis Bank until the contract is closed. b) The entire EMD amount for a particular tender is to be paid in a single transaction. For details on e- payment services refer to e-procurement portal for more details on process. 3.9 The necessary certificates / document in support of pre qualification criteria fulfilled as stipulated shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document. Evaluation 4.1.
