RE/MAX agents are consistently the most productive among national franchises in the annual REAL Trends 500, closing the most transaction sides per agent, and generating the highest sales volume per agent. UP IN A DOWN MARKET Despite difficult market conditions, RE/MAX posted gains in 2011 compared to the REAL Trends results for 2010. RE/MAX agents averaged 15.1 sides per agent, 4% more than 2010. RE/MAX brokerages appearing in the survey both years increased their transaction sides by 3% and their sales volume by 1%.
