DESCRIPTION Villa Mary Praiano Amalfi Coast 4 Bedrooms (2 double, 1 triple, 1 single) - Pool Villa Mary is a typical Amalfitan home perched on the cliffs just 7 minutes from the center of Praiano with vaulted ceilings and a tasteful mix of white walls and handmade terra-cotta painted tiles. It is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) featuring a private swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), spacious private terraces with sea views, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. The Villa is located in a perfect location to explore the Amalfi area: 6,5 km to Positano, 8 km to Amalfi, 30 km to Pompei and 70 km to the Naples Airport. The villa is located just a few steps to restaurants, bars and the main shops. You will find the nearest restaurant at 5 minutes, the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast - Sorrento line is a few meters away and the nearest beach at walking distance. Surrounded by large terraces with lush Mediterranean plants and flowers, the villa boasts impressive views of the sea from Salerno to Capri, from Positano to Amalfi. You can reach Villa Mary from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps. There is private parking just inside the entrance gate for two standard vehicles. The furnishings include an armchair and a desk, a large satellite television and an air conditioning/heating unit.
