Forms and Fees: Complete the individual MLS membership application, profile sheet, and credit card statement and return to ABOR with the following payment: Application Fee $ 1000.00 (per licensee in your office) New AGSMLS Office Fee: $ 500.00 2015 Annual Member ABOR/NAR/CAR Dues $ 342.42 (prorated to August 2015) 3 rd Qtr. MLS: $ 136.00 (per licensee charge x 2) Total Due: $ 1,978.42 AGSMLS Services and Quarterly Billing: Applicant must be a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer, branch manager or appraisal firm for membership in the Aspen/Glenwood Springs Multiple Listing Service who holds primary REALTOR membership in another Board/Association in the State of Colorado REALTOR Membership in a Colorado Board of Realtors is required to receive AGSMLS access. AGSMLS Access Fees are billed quarterly in advance to the Managing Broker. The cost is $102.00 per license per quarter. List all the licensees associated with your office on your membership application. Please note that new licensees must be reported to the ABOR within 30 days of their transfer. Education Requirements: Attend the 4 hour NAR Ethics update every four years to maintain your membership Maintain 12 credit hours of continuing education annually which must include the 4 hour CREC update course and 8 additional hours of continuing education. Other Requirements: Paperwork and payments must be received prior to services rendered.
