The exception was the property known as 442 Confederation Street, whose owner did not respond to any of our requests and subsequently did not receive title to their portion of the laneway. We were contacted by the solicitor for the new owners of the property who have now requested conveyance of the portion of the laneway. We have determined that, all proper proceedings having previously been followed, the conveyance is appropriate. Accordingly, please find attached, in duplicate, a TransferlDeed of Land in favour of Craig Steven Brimmer, Becky Lee-Anne Tamminen, Edward Enard Janson and Victoria Malo Janson, together with the Authorizing By-Law, in duplicate. Council's approval is respectfully requested.
