On July 6 1 h, the Project Team attended the Franklin Township Planning Commission Meeting. Avon Grove Charter School was represented by: i. Donna Archer, Business Manager ii. Kristen Bishop, Head of School iii. Jason Knox, Facilities Director iv. Joe Riper, Zon ing Attorney with Riley Riper Holin and Colgreco v. Matt Heckendorn, Architect with Heckendorn Shiles Architects vi. Jared Bookhamer, Architect with Heckendorn Shiles Architects vii. Guy DiMartino, Traffic Engineering with Traffic Planning and Design viii. Dan Meier, Civil Engineering with Duffield Associates b. The Planning Commission gave their recommendation of the Board of Supervisors to approve the Land Development Plan. c. The Board of Supervisors approved the Land Development Submission. 2) NPDES Permitting a. Duffield submitted for NPDES on June 2nd i. Exped ited NPDES review began on Ju ly 19t 0. ii. Duffield is awaiting initial review comments, will be provided at latest August 2nd. 3) Sanitary Approvals a. Dan Hudson and Joe Riper continue to follow steps prescribed by Pennsylvania DEP - Sewage Faci lities Planning Module i. Franklin Township Boord of Supervisors approved the Planning Module at the July 19th Meeting. ii. The township will forward the module to reviewing agencies (Twp PC, County PC, County Health Dept). b. Current schedule as predicted by Dan Hudson, puts Permit Issuance for October 19 1 h. 4) Design Documentation a. Heckendorn Shiles Architects, Conspectus (Specifications Consultant), Kupper Engineering (MEPFP Engineering), O'Donnell & Naccarato (Structural Engineering), Duffield Associates and Evans Mill continue development of construction details and working drawing sets. b. Bid Issue Draft is to be issued July 28th by all consultants. c. Current documentation schedule is working toward an August 16th Bid Document Issue date

The project team is working to put the project in a position to achieve construction completion by August 2018. i. The documentation phase will be complete in August 2017, with Bid Procurement following providing for ability for Construction to start in October 20 l 7. ii. The construction start is dependent on obtaining permits, which is dependent on the approval processes noted above. 6) Construction Pro ject Completion a. Overall Project Completion (Including all design phases and based on August 2018 completion): Project is 45% complete. b. Construction Progress - Construction hos not started. 7) Construction Project Report a. Avon Grove Charter School has hired Skanska as a Construction Manager acting as agent to the school to complete Pre-construction Services. i. Skanska completed a detailed estimate of the project based on June 23 progress issue. ii. Utilizing the estimate Skanska and the Design Team are all working together to develop the scope of work for the base scope vs alternates for the project as well as identifying any cost saving measures th at can be implemented. b. Project Design and Documentation is on schedule and on budget. c. Construction Progress - Construction hos not started.
