(a) The Planning Department has determined that the actions contemplated in this Ordinance comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Sections 000 et seq.). (b) Concurrently with this Ordinance and in accordance with the actions contemplated herein, this Board adopted Resolution No. concerning findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
