Interested parties are invited to submit proposal for letting of any premises listed in the table below. If an interested party would like to apply for more than one premises, separate application is required for each premises. It is an approximate figure only and no warranty is made as to its accuracy. 2. The premises are currently owned by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation ( the Corporation ). They are targeted to be let to occupiers for industrial use for a period of three years. Application Procedure 3. If you wish your proposal to be considered, you should submit the proposal in accordance with requirements in the Leasing Guide. The Leasing Guide could be obtained from the Corporation at 6/F, Bio-informatics Centre, 2 Science Park West Avenue, Science Park, Shatin, Hong Kong by appointment. 4. All proposals are subject to evaluation of Technical Proposal and Financial Bid at our discretion. The Corporation is not bound to accept a bid with the highest rent. 5. An assessment panel will evaluate all returned proposals. The details are as follows :- Technical Proposal will be evaluated according to the assessment criteria at Annex I. Financial Bid will be evaluated based on the proposed financial terms.
6. The location plan, site plans and floor plans of the premises are at Annex II. The premises are shown coloured pink on the site plans and floor plans for identification purpose only. 7. In the event a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on the submission closing date, the submission deadline will be postponed to 5:00 pm on the next working day. 10.
