Company Profile Smith Land Surveyors is a licensed survey and development consultancy company specialising in both cadastral land survey and construction survey projects throughout Victoria. Major New Southern Stand at City of Greater Geelong Safety Barriers Black Rock Treatment Plant South Beach Rd Development Simonds Stadium Drysdale Landfill Avalon Airport Bannockburn Pump Station Torquay Timeline: 2011 Timeline: July 2012 Smith Land Surveyors have been commissioned to complete construction set outs and as builts for pre fabricated concrete structures that will form the new 10,000 seat grandstand at Geelong s home of football. Smith Land Surveyors have been engaged to provide a broad range of surveying services to assist in the construction of landfill cells for waste management. Our initial concept set out and as-built surveys provided the information required to liaise with several engineering and earthmoving companies to successfully manage this project. Smith Land Surveyors worked in conjunction with Aviation Development Australia Ltd for the construction of additional safety barriers on the Avalon Airport runway. These projects involve construction set out surveys and plan preparation to guide construction of each project This site required Smith Land Surveyors to complete the initial survey work needed (Site Analysis & Title re-establishment surveys) to assist in gaining a planning permit to subdivide the land. 2012 Smith Land Surveyors Pty Ltd P3
