FOBDOWN FARM Occupying an enviable position on the edge of the sought after Candover Valley and close to the historic Market Town of Alresford, Fobdown Farm lies to the north east of Winchester in unspoilt countryside. THE FARMLAND The land surrounds the farmhouse and buildings and comprises approximately 194.18 acres (78.58 ha) in total of which 188.10 acres (76.12 ha) is arable, 1.58 acres (0.64 ha) is pasture, and 4.10 acres (1.66 ha) is woodland. There are a number of short-term licences pertaining to the buildings and small grazing areas. Planning 168 Fobdown and 169 Fobdown were subject to an historic agreement moving agricultural ties from neighbouring cottages which are no longer part of the holding.
