The residences are set in a low-rise seven-storey block, with stunning sunset views over Patong Bay from high floors or views of the surrounding mountainous landscape. When is construction due to start & complete? Construction will commence in Q2 2014 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2015. The show suites are currently under construction and will be completed in March 2014. What are the types of furniture, fixtures and fittings? Is there a furniture package available? All units will be fully furnished to a high-standard in a modern tropical style by Greenacts. The furniture package is inclusive of built-in and loose furniture and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and bathroom. The ownership of a freehold condominium is the simple and most straight forward legal tenure available to foreign investors. What are the taxes and costs associated with the unit purchase? The costs & taxes associated with the unit purchase are outlined below: Transfer fee: 2% of the official appraisal value of the property by the Land Department. The transfer fee is split equally between the buyer and the developer Legal Fees: Fee payable to the buyers legal representative to conduct due diligence and contract review (if required by the buyer).
