Residential Component - Stanley Martin Homes consists of 274 townhomes and 2 over 2 condominiums on 18.6 acres. Plans approved and construction has started. Site plan for Phase I of the commercial development has been approved. Heritage Brewing is expanding its craft brewery and will be relocating and expanding its operations to a 35,000 square foot facility on a waterfront 4 acre parcel. The site combines a production brewery, artisan coffee roaster, bottle shop, 12,000 square foot restaurant, and an outdoor recreation center. 8.
