8. Landings at Cannon Branch Early Grading has taken place on the entire project of 40 acres located adjacent to the southeast of the intersection of Route 28 and the 234 bypass. Residential Component - Stanley Martin Homes consists of 274 townhomes and 2 over 2 condominiums on 18.6 acres. Plans approved and construction has started. Site plan for Phase I of the commercial development has been approved. Heritage Brewing is expanding its craft brewery and will be relocating and expanding its operations to a 35,000 square foot facility on a waterfront 4 acre parcel. The site combines a production brewery, artisan coffee roaster, bottle shop, 12,000 square foot restaurant, and an outdoor recreation center. 8.
