Summary of Experience We have served all major banks ABSA, Nedbank, FNB and Standard Bank and in addition ABSA Private Bank, Investec Private Bank and ABSA Commercial Property Division. We have transferred properties on behalf of the Limpopo Provincial Department of Human Settlement to approved beneficiaries, we have attended to opening of township registers. For townships around Limpopo we have successfully completed townships like Gravelotte, Dan Ext 2, Namakgale - D & E, Polokwane Ext 75, Polokwane Ext 73, Polokwane x44, Luthuli 9G, Phagameng Ext 10, collectively consisting of over 6 000 properties. In Gauteng we have opened townships and transferred properties consisting of pre-1994 houses in townships such as Eden Park Ext 5, Thinasonke Ext 3, Ratanda, Zonkizwe, Daveyton, Duduza, on behalf of Gauteng Provincial Department of Human Settlement., collectively consisting of over 1500 properties. We have successfully delivered property developments (township & sectional title) including: Carlswald Meadows, Sagewood, Heritage Namor, Aurundo, Riverbush Willow Estate, serving multibillion developments in the Midrand area, which also includes transfers, estate transfers, insolvent estate transfers, donation and conventional sales.
