A partial kilometre or acre is charged as one full kilometre or acre. 4. The Timber Damage Fee is based on the estimated value of any timber removed due to development of the disposition. The rate is based on Alberta Agriculture and Forestry s annual Agriculture and Forestry Timber Damage Assessment Billing Rate Table. 5. The Construction Reclamation Deposit applies to new disturbances and is returned when construction is completed and approved. The Construction Reclamation Deposit shall not be less than $5,000.00. 6. The Reclamation Deposit is returned once a site has a) received a Reclamation Certificate or b) been returned to an appropriate environmental standard. The Reclamation Deposit shall not be less than $10,000.00. 7. Zone A includes: Beauvais Lake Provincial Park (PP), Bow Valley PP, Chain Lakes PP, Cypress Hills PP, Dinosaur PP, Dry Island Buffalo Jump PP, Midland PP, Oldman Dam Provincial Recreation Area (PRA), Willow Creek PP, Writing-on-Stone PP. 8. Zone B includes: Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Grazing-Wildlife and Provincial Recreation Area (PRA), Figure Eight Lake PRA, Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park (PP), Lakeland PRA, Miquelon Lake PP, Vermilion PP. 9. There is an annual land use fee of $25.00, unless the Minister has waived the annual fee. 10. Fees do not apply to rural electrification associations or gas cooperatives.
