CAPITAL SOCIETY NATIONAL BUILDING MUSEUM Corporate and Association Membership
Visionaries plan our cities, build our infrastructure, design and preserve public space, and impact the world through design. Industry plays an essential role in meeting the needs of our evolving society through planning, design, and construction, and the National Building Museum honors and celebrates these professions by sharing their achievements, innovations, and impact with national audiences. An inspired coalition of private companies, associations, and labor unions saved our historic building and established the Museum over three decades ago. To this day building industry partners continue to support and shape the exhibitions and programs experienced by nearly 500,000 visitors each year. Under the umbrella of the Capital Society membership program, the Museum provides a forum for: Thought leadership to guide conversations on innovation and emerging trends impacting the built environment. Networking opportunities that connect stakeholders from the industries shaping our built world, including architecture, design, engineering, urban planning, landscape architecture, and construction, with each other. Employee engagement opportunities that provide tangible benefits including access to the Museum s exhibitions, programs, and corporate teambuilding events. With levels ranging from $1,000 to $25,000, the Capital Society offers valuable benefits for every institution. At the highest level, the Capital Council serves the Museum through exclusive, customized engagement, including exhibition sponsorship, support for educational programming, or membership on the Board of Trustees. Our membership team provides dedicated customer service, committed to helping members leverage their benefits. The built environment is integral to our shared future. Membership in the Capital Society demonstrates your organization s commitment to designing and building a better world for all of us. We invite you to join the conversation at the National Building Museum.
