Tulsarealtors.mobi Will Soon Have a New Look! The new site includes basic, simple, and advanced functions to allow all Internet enabled cell phones and their browsers use of the site. The redesign features include several new pieces of technology that will allow agents to: Save houses to their favorites Search listings by browsing a map Share listings to social network sites Use GPS search functionality to find homes for sale in any area designated (i.e., close by and much, much more) Use your MLS ID and password to log in and begin searching soon! 6 October 2010

If you answered No to one or more of these questions, plan on attending one of the Hands-On Doc Manager classes offered in the GTAR/NORES computer lab. Doc Manager is YOUR digital file folder for a transaction. It stores all documents relating to a transaction. You can keep them for your viewing only, share them with MLS users or even select individual people to share certain documents with, such as a buyer and/or seller. Your documents can be accessed from any computer by logging into MLS no need to drive to the office or back home to dig through a paper file! This program is available to all MLS users and is very simple to use. There are three ways to access Doc Manager: ~Via Add/Edit (if applicable) ~Via My Tools (if you are the listing agent) ~Via My Docs icon on the Navigational Bar To get documents into the program, you can submit them in one of the following ways: ~Via Email ~Via Fax ~ Via Upload from your computer Even some of the most computer challenged users that have attended the class agree this is a tool even they will use and benefit from! New OREC Contracts - Effective November 1, 2010 Revised and new contracts and forms from OREC will go into effect on November 1. (Revised: Buyer Broker Service Agreement, Condominium Association, Residential Sales Contract, Cover Sheet, Estimated Cost to Buyer, FHA Loan, Homeowner s Association, New Home Construction Contract, Notice of TRRS, and Vacant Lot/Land Contract.
