General Questions What is Moxi Present? Moxi Present is a powerful presentation and CMA tool that you can use to easily create professional, tech-savvy presentations that will impress clients and help you win listings. Moxi Present (formerly TouchCMA) is much more than just a CMA tool: it is a comprehensive listing/marketing CMA that offers unrivaled cutting-edge technology, providing you the flexibility to create a variety of presentations for your business and clients, including sellers, buyers and prospects. Moxi Present continually evolves its product to keep it relevant for your business, and is backed by an experienced support team with a reputation for client satisfaction and success. Why is NRT moving to one national CMA tool? Coldwell Banker/NRT is dedicated to providing agents with the best tools, resources and support available. Having one CMA and presentation product nationwide will enable us to update materials quickly, so you always have the latest information at your fingertips. (Please Note: Major stats will continue to be updated annually in March to ensure consistency across materials.) This will also allow us to streamline Help Desk tickets, so we can ensure you have the support you need. Why did Coldwell Banker choose Moxi Present as the company s CMA tool over other wellknown products like CloudCMA or Toolkit CMA? As the #1 brokerage in America 1, NRT LLC is dedicated to providing agents with the best technology tools available. Moxi Present is the #1 CMA product in real estate, and agents with other large brokerages have reported an increase of 9% in their business after adopting it. After thorough analysis and evaluation of all available CMA products, it was clear that Moxi Present was the best choice. What types of presentations can I create in Moxi Present? Moxi Present offers the flexibility for you to create any kind of presentation you need, including: Seller/listing presentations Buyer presentations Buyer tours Market analysis presentations Open house presentations Recruiting presentations (for managers) What happens to my current presentation program and my saved CMAs? Coldwell Banker will retire other existing CMA products in April 2018, giving you six months to learn and transition to Moxi Present. After that date, you will no longer have company access to your current CMA product. What happens to my saved CMAs in my current program? Your saved CMAs, unfortunately, cannot be transferred over to Moxi Present.

General Questions Will my local company s listing presentation be available on Moxi Present? When Moxi Present launches in October, the Coldwell Banker brand in partnership with NRT, will unveil a new national listing presentation that will present a consistent brand, image and a contemporary, sophisticated and professional style. The new listing presentation focuses on what makes Coldwell Banker a national powerhouse, highlighting claims like the #1 real estate brand online 2 and on social media 3, #1 network in sales volume 4, global presence in 49 countries and smart home leadership. While the design and content will be the same nationwide for all Coldwell Banker brokerages and franchises, NRT will offer a special version that incorporates the impressive market leadership claims and unique tools available only to NRT agents, such as insight online showing reports, property exposure on up to 900+ websites, MAXimum branding on your property listings and the #1 brokerage for 20 years 1. Because real estate is local, there is also a focus on what makes your local company unique, including regional photography, statistics, office presence and social media pages. Can I build a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury SM presentation in Moxi Present? Yes! To do so, select Create New from the Moxi Present home page. Choose Coldwell Banker Global Luxury under the Brokerage Templates. The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury presentation will already be uploaded and ready for your use. Will the newly designed presentation be loaded into my current CMA or presentation program? No, Moxi Present will be the only place you can access the new listing presentation. Because existing CMA products and listing presentations will be phased out in April 2018, these tools and presentations will not be updated or revised after Moxi Present launches in October.

Getting Started on Moxi Present How do I access Moxi Present? Log on to NRTGateway.com and click the Moxi Present tile. How do I set up my profile within Moxi Present? Your name, office and contact details will automatically be loaded into the Moxi Present system. If you d like to make changes to your profile, including changing your name or adding a title and/or designation, log into Moxi Present, click the photo icon in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account. From there, click the pencil icon to edit your profile. Is my local MLS integrated into Moxi Present? Yes. Coldwell Banker/NRT has integrated your local MLS(s) into Moxi Present. What if I belong to more than one MLS? If you are a member of more than one MLS, the Moxi Present team can add a secondary MLS to your account. Please call the Moxi Present Support Line at 844.656.6941 for assistance. How often is the MLS data updated in Moxi Present? Every 15 minutes. How do I start building a presentation in Moxi Present? Once you are logged on, you can create a presentation in five easy steps: 1. Click Create New from the homepage. Select your presentation type (Buyer or Seller). Select Buyer Presentation or Seller Presentation. Give a title to your presentation and then click Create. Enter your subject property Information. If there is an MLS #, you may enter it here. Be sure to enter the ZIP code. If you have a photo of the subject property, you may add it in this area. Hit Continue. 2. You ll now be on the Search Screen. This is where you ll search for comps for the subject property. You may search by boundary, radius, MLS number, the drawing tool or drive time. Click Continue. 3. Adjust your comps. You may sort them, add custom comps or delete them. Once you re satisfied with your comps, click Continue. 4. Create an estimate. You may add remarks as well as calculate net proceeds. Note: This is an optional step. If you don t want to add an estimate, keep this section blank and then delete the page from your presentation in the next step. Click Continue. 5. Customize your presentation. Drag and drop to reorder pages, create custom pages and upload PDFs. View, print or email your finished presentation. Can my team member or an in-office staff member build a presentation for me within my account? Yes! To do so, click your photo icon in the upper right-hand corner after logging into Moxi Present. Next, click Passwords & Access > Account Access > My Account Access > Invite. From there, use the Search tab to find another person to grant access to your account. Once that individual has access to your account, they can sign in on your behalf to create presentations, update your profile, create custom content and more. How can I send my presentations to clients from my vanity email address? You can copy and paste the URL for the CMA and send it from any email address.

Search Tab Questions What is the Moxi Present Search? This is where you will start looking for comparables to the subject property. Moxi Present s Search uses a combination of Google Maps technology and MLS data to provide the most up-to-date listing data. How do I use the Search Screen? The Moxi Present Search Screen is robust, allowing you to tailor the specifications to your search needs. Note: The search tool is a map-based search driven by Google Maps, so you must have your subject property details completed before using the tool. You may search: Within a radius By drawing a boundary By using the drawing tool and mapping your own boundary By drive time How do I adjust my search filters while using the Search Screen? Moxi Present has default search filters. Click this button to make adjustments. The values are +/- 25% for the square footage, bedroom and bathroom range. The radius search defaults to.25 miles around the subject property, but can be adjusted.

Comps and Estimated Home Value Can I add a custom comp to my presentation? Yes! From the Listing section of the site, click the button. The Custom Listing page will resemble the Subject Property page. Once the details for the custom listing is added, click the Continue button from the bottom of the page. How do I remove a comp from my presentation? From the Listings section of the site, click the to remove a comp. Why doesn t the Estimated Home Value automatically populate? As the agent, you are the expert when it comes to pricing the subject property, which is why the system provides you a range of comp prices (low, high, average), but leaves it up to you to fill in the Estimated Home Value. If you don t want to enter the Estimated Home Value, you may remove this page within the Presentation tab, otherwise the page will show with nothing entered.

Presentation Questions Does Moxi Present offer digital and print presentations? Yes! After you build your presentation, you can send your client a digital presentation. You can also print the presentation and bind it within in your office. To do so, click View PDF from the Pages tab. Once the PDF opens, print and then bind it in your office. What is the difference between a digital and print presentation? The Coldwell Banker digital presentation features dynamic pages with data that is continuously updated. For example, if one of your comp properties goes from Active to Pending, your digital presentation will automatically update. Note: Your digital presentation will not pull new comps; it will only update those you ve already added to your presentation. The Coldwell Banker print presentation features static pages that do not update. Can I choose which pages to include in my presentations? Yes! One of the advantages of Moxi Present is its customization abilities. You can decide which report pages and company pages to include. To remove a page from within the Presentation tab, simply click to the right of that page and choose Remove. If you decide later that you want the page you removed included, click the arrow next to Presentation and choose Page Library. Once you re in that section, click the Include button next to the page you want added. Note: Pages you remove are never permanently deleted from the system. Can I set up a presentation template so I don t have to start fresh every time I m putting a presentation together? Yes! To do so, go to the bottom of your Presentation pages and choose Save as Template. Name your template and then select All, Buyer or Seller. Can I add a custom page to my Moxi presentation? Yes! Go to the Pages tab and then select Add Page. You may then add an existing PDF page or create a new page within Moxi Present. Previously created custom pages can be added by clicking the Add Page button, and then selecting Add From Library. All previously created custom pages, as well as additional brokerage pages, will be found here. Can I assign or share my Moxi Present presentations with a team member or other agents in my office? Yes! Moxi Present provides you with two options: Assign to agent: This is an option if you work in a team and need another agent to make the presentation. This will remove the presentation from your account forever so it lives in the assigned agent s account. From the My Presentations screen, select Assign to Agent. If you don t want the presentation permanently deleted from your account, hit the Copy button from the menu before you Assign to Agent, and it will save a copy in your account.

Presentation Questions Add co-presenter: If you need to add another agent to your presentation, select Co-Presenting Agent from the My Presentations screen. Follow the steps to add the agent. The co-presenting agent will not see the presentation added to their account; however, their contact information and bio will be included in your presentation. To share a copy of the presentation with the co-presenting agent, hit the Copy button and send it to the co-presenting agent. How do I send a web and/or print presentation to my prospects? From the Pages tab, click Email. When the Email Presentation box opens, you may choose to send the PDF or digital presentation. Simply enter the client s email address, a subject line, greeting and message. A copy of the email will automatically be sent to you. Can I save my CMA/presentation as a PDF? Yes! First, email yourself a link to the PDF; the option to do this is at the very end of the CMA/ presentation creation process. Then, open the link in your email and save the PDF to your device. You can also save a copy of a PDF you are previewing or viewing in Moxi Present. How long are my presentations stored for? You can create an unlimited number of CMAs and presentations; Moxi Present stores them for as long as you are subscribed to the product. You can manually delete or archive old CMA/presentations as needed.

Help Is Available How do I get trained on Moxi Present? Coldwell Banker is offering you access to a combination of live and on-demand training to help you learn Moxi Present. Your leadership team, branch manager and office staff have already been trained on the platform. In addition, the company is offering you access to: In-office training Live webinars On-demand webinars For more information about training offerings, please talk to your branch manager. Does Moxi Present have a support phone number? Yes, you can reach the Moxi Present Support Team at 844.656.6941 Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm PST.
