A 3.5% office processing fee will be added to all purchases, however this fee will be discounted for purchases paid by cash, cashier s check, money order, or wire transfers. If you are paying via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, your account will be charged at the end of the auction. If you are paying with a CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER S CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFER we must receive payment no later than the end of the third business day after the auction. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH A PERSONAL CHECK, HORSES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE PICKED UP UNTIL THE CHECK HAS CLEARED THE BANK. Transportation: Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. PLEASE NOTE WHERE THE HORSES ARE LOCATED BEFORE PURCHASING. Announcements: To avoid making costly errors, please pay attention to all announcements made from the auction block, especially concerning horses on which you intend to bid/purchase. Announcements made from the auction block take precedence over any printed material. Superior Livestock is acting as a sales agent only. All guarantees on any horse are between buyer and seller. Transfer of Ownership: Registration papers and transfer of ownership papers will be sent directly to the specific breed registry upon receiving cleared payment from the buyer. Applicable transfer/membership fees will be handled through the specific breed registry and will be at the expense of the buyer.

Superior does not act as the agent of seller or Buyer in connection with the auction and disclaims all responsibility for the completion of any transaction. Superior does not take title to, nor does Superior have any responsibility for the transfer of ownership to, any livestock sold at auction and neither guarantees payment nor delivery with the respect to any transaction undertaken at the sale.
