An application must be accompanied by the minimum bid, a deposit for improvements (if the applicant is not the owner of the improvements located on the parcel), and the application filing fee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, cashier s check, post office or express money order, cash or personal check. Applicants of accepted applications shall, in writing, be given a bidder number and a telephone number in which to call in and bid by OSLI. The telephone auction shall begin promptly at 10:00am on March 11, 2015. Only applicants who have received a bidder number from OSLI shall be eligible to bid during the auction. The auction will continue until there are no more bids. Following the auction, the Director shall prepare a Decision awarding the Lease to the high bidder.
