JULY 18 TH We have a bedroom and bathroom available in a single family household. The bedroom is 10' X 11', plus the closet, with a large window facing out to the backyard and garden. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser and mini-refrigerator. Located on the ground floor, the space is very quiet and private. You will have full use of a nice shared kitchen, laundry room and living areas. The outside includes a quiet tree filled yard, beautiful decks and patio areas, BBQ, hot tub and fire pit. We are located 3.4 miles from Northwest University Campus near Grasslawn Park. It is approximately a 10 minute drive, and we are close to the bus line. It is 1 mile from the stores at Bridle Trails Shopping center and 1.6 miles from downtown Redmond. Our household includes 2 adults and 2 friendly cats. We would love to share our home with the right, responsible young adult. The rent is $750.00, due at the first of each month, including all utilities and internet. There is a $100.00 cleaning deposit which is fully refundable if the spaces are left in good, clean condition. Please keep the common areas clean, with no smoking, and no pets. JUNE 26 TH My current roommate is moving at the end of our lease, so I'm looking for a roommate to share this super nice 2B/2B, apartment in N. Kirkland, starting July 22, for a 12 month lease.
